The world's troubled number one golfer ,Tiger Woods has been reunited with his wife on Monday to try and fix their damaged marriage. Elin Nordegren showed up at Tiger’s sex-addiction clinic yesterday to welcome him back home.

“The couple is planning to spend some time alone as they attempt to repair their marriage,” a source close to the family said.

Ms Nordegren flew to a Mississippi rehab centre where Tiger has been caged to accompany him home to Florida.

Tiger Woods spent a month at a low-profile rehab centre undergoing group and individual counselling after his marriage collapsed during sex scandal revelations .

Tiger was expected to spend some time with the couple’s two young children, before heading off to spend some quality time with Ms Nordegren .

In the wake of the scandal, involving 14 women, Ms Nordegren hired a top divorce lawyer and was said to be ready to take her share of the marital assets .

But in recent weeks, the Swedish stunner decided to try to make the marriage work, despite being hounded by the press and media .
